Hello there!

I'm Phoebe

I was born and raised in Farmington, Salt Lake City is where I call home, and since 2015, I've been diving deep into the world of bodywork. Ever since I was a kid, I've been fascinated by how our bodies work and the magic of holistic healing methods. After experiencing the incredible power of both massage and energy healing firsthand, I knew I had to share that magic with others.

My journey started with a spark of inspiration after my very first massage and energy session. That's when I decided to become a Massage Therapist and explore other healing modalities like yoga, meditation, nutrition, and reiki.

I kicked off my adventure by graduating from Myotherapy College of Utah and jumping into the world of massage at Sego Lily Spa and in private practice. It was there that I honed my skills in luxury service and relaxation techniques, while also diving into specialized areas like prenatal massage, geriatric massage, and pain management.

But I didn't stop there! I jetted off to Thailand for an abroad study in Thai Massage, earned my 200hr certification in Baptiste Yoga, delved into meditation training, and geeked out over 400 hours of nutrition study. Oh, and let's not forget becoming a level 2 reiki practitioner to really amp up that mind-body-spirit connection!

While Massage Therapy and these other modalities might seem worlds apart, I see them as different ingredients in the recipe for ultimate wellness. By blending massage with mindfulness practices, I aim to be your go-to licensed massage therapist for a well-rounded, rejuvenating experience.

I'm all about continuous learning and growth, because I truly believe that my clients are my greatest teachers. My mission? To create a cozy, nurturing space where you can tune into your body and mind, and maybe even discover something new about yourself along the way. I'm living my passion every day, and I'd love to share it with you. Got questions? Don't hesitate to reach out!
